SEO audits often stop at a score and a list. MendMySEO is designed around the harder boundary: preserving what the scanner actually observed, recording what people decided and implemented, and only calling work resolved after a comparable check.
A submitted URL produces a capped priority-page audit, not an exhaustive full-site claim. Coverage records discovered, attempted, analyzed, failed, and cap-limited URLs. Findings carry frozen source evidence, confidence, affected scope, and a versioned rule identity.
Guidance can support implementation, but it is not evidence that a change was deployed. Agency decisions, human execution claims, and scanner verification remain separate. A failed or non-comparable re-scan is reported as not checked rather than silently treated as fixed.
Why the Product Is Structured This Way
A useful completion system needs more than findings. It needs a stable identity for each finding, explicit decision and execution states, a comparable verification rule, and a publication boundary that cannot mutate after approval.
For Agency accounts, an Owner can approve an exact draft revision and publish the same immutable snapshot to Hosted and PDF capability surfaces under the Agency brand. How It Works
Three distinct stages preserve provenance from observation to verification.

- Verify — run an on-demand comparable re-scan and retain resolved, still-open, new, and not-checked outcomes.

Search Console, scheduled monitoring, and cross-engine share-of-voice tracking are not part of any commercially released plan.
What We Do Not Do
We do not install plugins on your site, request admin passwords, or inject scripts. People remain responsible for reviewing and applying changes. Verification is limited to supported rules on pages that a later comparable audit successfully analyzes.
