1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MendMySEO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MendMySEO provides SEO audit and AI search visibility analysis tools. The Service scans websites you submit and generates reports with findings and recommended fixes. We do not guarantee specific search engine ranking improvements.

3. User Responsibilities

• You may only submit websites you own or have authorization to audit
• You must not use the Service to scan websites without permission
• You are responsible for implementing any recommended fixes at your own discretion
• You must provide accurate registration information

4. Intellectual Property

Audit reports generated for your websites are yours to use. The MendMySEO platform, algorithms, scoring methodology, and UI are proprietary and may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or redistributed.

5. White-Label Usage

Users on white-label plans may rebrand reports for client delivery. The underlying technology and methodology remain the property of MendMySEO. White-label users must not misrepresent the origin of the technology.

6. Limitation of Liability

MendMySEO provides audit findings and recommendations on an "as-is" basis. We are not responsible for ranking changes, traffic loss, or any damages resulting from implementing recommended fixes. SEO outcomes depend on many factors beyond audit compliance.

7. Subscriptions, Billing & Refunds

• Availability. Starter and Pro are not currently offered for purchase. Current Agency checkout availability is shown on the pricing page. Any trial terms shown by the payment provider before purchase form part of the transaction terms.
• Billing & renewal. The price, billing interval, renewal terms, taxes, and any checkout-specific offer presented by the payment provider before purchase form part of the transaction terms. Do not complete checkout if those terms are not acceptable.
• Cancellation and plan changes. Agency self-service billing controls remain disabled until a versioned cancellation and retention policy is released. Contact support for account-specific handling; the applicable checkout terms and mandatory law govern.
• Refunds. No blanket refund promise is published. Contact support about an incorrect, duplicate, or unauthorized charge. The applicable checkout terms and mandatory consumer law govern the outcome.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend access until the payment is resolved.
• Price changes. We may change plan pricing; changes apply only to future billing periods, and we will notify you in advance.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
