1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using MendMySEO ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

MendMySEO provides SEO audit and AI search visibility analysis tools. The Service scans websites you submit and generates reports with findings and recommended fixes. We do not guarantee specific search engine ranking improvements.

3. User Responsibilities

• You may only submit websites you own or have authorization to audit
• You must not use the Service to scan websites without permission
• You are responsible for implementing any recommended fixes at your own discretion
• You must provide accurate registration information

4. Intellectual Property

Audit reports generated for your websites are yours to use. The MendMySEO platform, algorithms, scoring methodology, and UI are proprietary and may not be copied, reverse-engineered, or redistributed.

5. White-Label Usage

Users on white-label plans may rebrand reports for client delivery. The underlying technology and methodology remain the property of MendMySEO. White-label users must not misrepresent the origin of the technology.

6. Limitation of Liability

MendMySEO provides audit findings and recommendations on an "as-is" basis. We are not responsible for ranking changes, traffic loss, or any damages resulting from implementing recommended fixes. SEO outcomes depend on many factors beyond audit compliance.

7. Subscriptions, Free Trial & Refunds

• Free trial. New subscriptions begin with a 14-day free trial, available to new customers only and limited to one per customer. You are not charged during the trial, and you may cancel anytime before it ends to avoid any charge; canceling during the trial ends your access immediately. If you resubscribe after canceling, the new subscription starts at the regular price without another trial. Renewals and plan changes do not start a new trial.
• Billing & renewal. Unless you cancel during the trial, your selected plan (monthly or annual) is billed automatically when the trial ends and renews automatically each billing period until canceled. Applicable prices are shown at checkout.
• Cancellation. You can cancel at any time from your account dashboard or by contacting us. If you cancel a paid subscription, you keep access until the end of your current billing period and will not be billed again. If you cancel during a free trial, access ends immediately and you are not charged.
• Refunds. Because every new subscription includes a 14-day free trial that lets you fully evaluate the Service before any charge, subscription fees are generally non-refundable. If you were charged in error, or in cases of duplicate or fraudulent charges, contact us within 14 days of the charge and we will review and, where appropriate, issue a refund.
• Failed payments. If a renewal payment fails, we may suspend access until the payment is resolved.
• Price changes. We may change plan pricing; changes apply only to future billing periods, and we will notify you in advance.

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. You may cancel your account at any time by contacting us.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
